Sarah Justice, PA-C

Sarah Justice, PA-C, is originally from Wilmington, NC. She earned her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Wingate University after completing her undergraduate education at Winthrop University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Sarah grew up playing golf and competed as a collegiate athlete at Winthrop University.

Sarah's interest in dermatology is driven by her passion for forming lasting patient relationships and the tangible improvements dermatologic care can bring to patients' quality of life. She values thoughtful, individualized care and is dedicated to creating a supportive, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, respected, and truly heard. Prior to becoming a PA, her experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant allowed her to develop hands-on clinical skills while cultivating compassion, empathy, and a deep understanding of patients' needs.

Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Chance. She is excited to join the Intracoastal Dermatology team and looks forward to building long-term relationships with her patients while providing compassionate, personalized care.
